These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Pinnaly website and the consulting and advisory services provided by Pinnaly s. r. o., a company registered in the Slovak Republic ("Pinnaly", "we", "us"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

02 Services
Pinnaly provides startup advisory, financial consulting, and liquidity-management services, primarily for early-stage startups (pre-seed and seed stage) and their founders. Consultations may be delivered remotely, including via video call. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees of any engagement are agreed separately in a written proposal or engagement letter, which forms part of these Terms for that engagement.

Information published on this website and any general guidance shared as part of our services is provided for informational purposes only and is general in nature. It does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and does not take account of your specific circumstances. You should obtain independent professional advice before making any decision. Pinnaly does not guarantee any particular outcome, including the successful raising of capital.
04 Engagement & fees
- Fees, payment terms, and any expenses are set out in the applicable proposal or engagement letter.
- Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date.
- Either party may end an engagement in writing; fees for work performed up to termination remain payable.
05 Confidentiality
Each party will keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with an engagement and will use it only for the purpose of that engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.
06 Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, design, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Pinnaly s. r. o. and may not be copied or reused without our prior written consent. Deliverables prepared for a client become the client's property upon full payment, unless the engagement states otherwise.
07 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinnaly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, or business, arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
08 Governing law
These Terms and any engagement are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Slovak Republic.
09 Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time you use it or engage our services applies. Please review this page periodically.
